Independent Living

• Residents enjoy all the amenities of WCH and are capable of providing their own self care.

 

• When a resident requires additional care, assessments and arrangements are made through Alberta Health Services (AHS).

​

Personal Supportive Living (PSL) - previously known as Home Care

 

 

• Our qualified nursing staff make regular scheduled visits to aid with healthcare needs as approved by Alberta Health Services, while promoting independence.  i.e. bathing, medication assistance, and exercises.

 

 

Supportive Living (SL4)

 

• Provides a higher level of personal care support for residents who have increased care needs and require access to 24 hour monitoring as approved by Alberta Health Services.

 

Dementia Unit (SL4D)

• Residents are cared for in a smaller, more intimate "home like" atmosphere within a secure area.
